When you find a candidate to support who is not your party's nominee after the primary you have a decision tomake. I have made mine, Arne Simonsen is an honest, hard-working elected official who has served the residents of Antioch well. Now he should be elected to serve all of us as our next assemblyman. Simonsen is not for sale, not willing to bend with the wind and give any answer to get a vote like his opponent. We need a true representative in the state Assembly like we had in Joe Canciamilla. If we elect Simonsen we can continue to have an independent voice, if not we get canned voice bites and a lobbyist legislator ready to serve those with the most money. Just watch the money pour in this race. We need to replace Canciamilla with another honest, hard-working elected official, and as a Democrat I will be joining others in the Bay Point community to vote for Arne Simonsen for Assembly.
